Already being regarded as one of the fastest rising stars to watch out for in Canada, 19-year-old Ottawa singer-songwriter Maurice Moore is poised for greatness. Although still young the Canadian crooner’s catalog speaks for itself. He’s already worked with the like of GRAMMY-nominated producers such as Dunlap Exclusive, T-Town Productions, Jerrin Howard and Arthur McArthur, whom are some of the names behind hits presented by Chris Brown, Miguel and Drake.
Currently on the road handling business and killing stages all over North America and shooting his Sxtries Vol ll v-log all along the way, Maurice takes some time out to debut some new music. Following his previous effort “Sex U Back To Sleep” the talented artist links with AO! to premiere “Ready,” a lush, synth-heavy, jazzy saxophone, and moody piano-lead record constructed by The Auracle, West Metro, and Hunts.
“One of the most cruel games the universe can play with you, is bringing the right person into your life at the wrong time. Ready tells that story,” says Moore. “I was introduced to the woman of my dreams at 16 and I fell in love, but as an early teenager I still had a lot of growing to do and made a lot of stupid mistakes. I wasn’t ready. Some people never get a second chance with the one they love, but if you are one of the lucky few that do… make sure that you’re ‘Ready’.”
Listen to “Ready” below as Maurice’s soothing vocals resonate on the beautifully crafted multidimensional record fusing elements of Jazz, R&B, Trap, and Hip-Hop with ease.

Wise Vega spent his impressionable years between his birthplace, Harlem NY & stomping grounds of South Jersey. He’s well known in the Philly & South Jersey music scenes and yet, took the Atlanta crowd by storm, in October. Now is his time to make a splash nationwide with this banger “Fall Off.” Fall Off, produced by Traxx Trigga, has a that Bay Area sound in the beat with smooth, authoritative yet simplistic lyrics. This record had the crowd at A3C going crazy, the ass and sexiness in this video seems to match.

Cris Streetz continues to bring the heat off of his debut album “24K” with an instant classic record titled “Throw It All Away” featuring hip-hop heavyweight Jadakiss. In classic fashion, the song features beautifully orchestrated production via Grammy award-winning super producers J.U.S.T.I.C.E League & 3 Points. Streetz immediately felt Jadakiss had to be to on the record to complete the message of “Throw It All Away”. Streetz definitely embodies the grind it takes to make it in NYC represented through powerful lyrics. This is NY’s Fight Song, if you could make it New York, you could make it anywhere. Just make sure you don’t Throw it all away before you do.

Vancouver pop visionary Van Norden is readying his forthcoming EP, “At First Sight.” Reminiscent of acts like Alex Clare and Moby, Van Norden is clearly crafting something truly special. With lush production and a strangely epic quality to the music At First Sight sees Van Norden crafting tunes at the absolute highest level, truly EDM for the thinking man.
Using the music as the basis for a multi-media experience Van Norden has a rather distinct quality to his music. It makes sense to find out that this EDM visionary is at heart an acoustic folk musician having played for years with the LA based SPINdriftr and acting as a frequent collaborator with acoustic artists in his region. There is a divine poetry to Van Nordens mixes with their wonderfully organic sounds and a sublime approach to songwriting that sets him in a league of his own.
While we wait for the talented artist’s new project, check out his new video “Love At First Sight.”

Y God releases his highly anticipated project Clairvoyant. The 16-track project is diverse from start to finish, as it features sounds from eerie trans-like whistles as seen on tracks like “Pour It Out,” all the way to nostalgic feel-good anthems like “Fly With Me.” The rap rookie proves he’s no novice, as he finds the perfect equilibrium between laid-back melodies and hard-hitting messages. His inspiration stems from all the great civil rights leaders and human rights activists that came before him such as Bob Marley, Stokely Carmichael, Mos Def, Immortal Technique, and Dr. Umar Johnson.
The project’s production is compliments of Sunny the Rapper, LebanonDon, Taylor King, AzBeats, and Kelly Portis.
